An Unveiling...

Here's the 'Daffs Lady'... still have to finish the daffs. I'm getting a bit bedraggled with this whole show preparation...wish I had more time to let the paintings sit and incubate. But, it's hustle time! They'll be dropped off mid month May. I'll be showing more this week and leave a comment if you'd like :)

Hey, this one is wonderful! I think I like it best of those I've seen. She has such personality. I love her edginess.

I love this one too - something about her expression.

Good luck with the stuff for the show - I well understand the feeling of wishing you had more time, is it good enough? wish I could do it all different ...

But it'll happen. And it'll be great!

Hi Celia - Thanks so much. You are so right about all those 'show feelings'... thanks for the kind words :)

Hi Jeane...Thanks. haha she kind of is a 'human daffodil!'

Hi Beth,
Thank you... you are 'too right' about it becoming a chore. The show will be at an upscale shoe store (The Ruby Slipper) next door to the gallery I show smaller things at called Tinman Artworks.
